Job Description

Job Description: The position holder will perform tasks mainly categorized into 2 grouped activities as below:

1.      Customer services

-          Provide and monitor customer services to existing customers in industrial gas business to ensure service quality and avoid any deviation or conflicts with customers

-          Consult and introduce new services/gas products and application

-          Support trouble shooting at customers’ sites together with Technical team

-          Follow up customs clearance procedures for transaction sales into export processing zones

-          Monitor sales revenue/receivables, ensure no bad debts

-          Administer sales expenses and compliance activities

-          Perform assigned sales targets and maintain positive profits

-          Deploy digitalization projects together with Nippon Sanso groups

2.      Sales/Business development

-          Develop and turn sales prospects into customers

-          Collect and analyze industrial gas market information

-          Handling sales processes, from cost calculation, quotation, negotiation until sales contract and sales transactions.

-          Seek for opportunities to enlarge industrial gas services and gas application in local manufacturing environment
