Notice of Merger Receiving
Today, February 20th, 2023, we, NIPPON SANSO VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY (the “NSVN”) are pleased to notify that:
1. Pursuant to the Resolution dated February 20th, 2023 of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the enterprise having the following information will be acquired by and into the Company:

Upon completion of the acquisition, NSVN shall inherit any and all contributed capital, assets, legitimate rights and interests from LSIG. At the same time, NSVN shall take over all legitimate obligations, and obligations to continue implementing business / commercial contracts between LSIG and third parties.
2. The Merger Contract is enclosed hereof for your information.
This Notice is delivered for the purpose of compliance with Article 201 of the Enterprises Law of Vietnam. Such merger transaction (internal restructure) shall not cause any impact to any rights and obligations we may have under business / commercial contracts between Nippon Sanso Vietnam JSC and our partners.
