- Developing and implementing HR and Administration strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Propose and solve administration and personnel issues related to the company regulation. - Make yearly plan and implement the administration & personnel activities - In charge of Process, verify & maintain documentation relating to administration and personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, labor contract, training, grievances, and punishment. - Arrange & set up internal & external training activities / Making annual training plan & budget for this - Manage all of insurance issues about Legal Insurances and Company provided Insurances - Organize the yearly performance evaluate under DIR’s review - Combine with relevant Dept to conduct Administration and personnel tasks - Support other departments for human resources management and be a bridge between board of managers and labours. - Evaluation AHD staffs - In charge of Internal/ External Audit
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree: English / Administration / Law - Under 35 years old. Live at Bien Hoa/ Ho Chi Minh City - Qualification: keep confidential, responsible, honest, hard working and active - Personality: Gentle, mindful, sympathy sense - Good health, energetic, enthusiastic and work well under pressure high. - At least 3 years experience in relevant position - Self-motivated and good organization. - Good command in English - Good computer skills (World, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.. ) - Master the legal system such as Labor Law, PIT, Social Insurance…. - Ability to handle situations and resolve conflicts - Having good communication skills; capable good presentation Candidate Information : |
